Description
Completed and lit for the first time on July 10, 1860, the 105-foot Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse is the oldest existing structure in Palm Beach County. Operated today, along with an adjacent museum, by the Loxahatchee River Historical Society, the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse still functions and is maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard. You'll find a very interesting history here:

Wonderful capture, not only of the lighthouse, but also of the beautiful grounds. Trust you are enjoying sunny Florida, Peggy. f/l
